Store Manager & Assistant Manager
We are a Korean beauty retail store opening in Central Park Mall 2, West Jakarta, looking for a Store Manager and an Assistant Manager to run daily operations. These are hands‑on roles: you will manage the store and the team while also serving customers and selling on the floor. Our staff regularly assist customers with skincare and makeup product demonstrations.
Store Manager — 1 positionSchedule:
Wednesday to Sunday, 12:30-21:30 (1 hour break)
5 days/week, 8 hours/day

ResponsibilitiesOversee daily store operations, opening and closing
Lead and supervise part‑time staff across shifts
Serve customers and drive sales on the floor (hands‑on)
Manage stock, inventory, and store presentation
Handle cash and daily sales reporting
RequirementsPrior retail experience; management or supervisory experience preferred
Experience in a cosmetics or beauty retail store strongly preferred
Comfortable assisting customers with skincare and makeup try‑ons
English proficiency required (for reporting and communication)
Korean language a plus (conversational level) — this is a Korean beauty brand
Comfortable working hands‑on with customers, not office-only
