We are looking for a Sales Associate Manager who can connect with Indonesia’s most discerning clientele —
Ultra High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWIs) — and guide them through an unparalleled journey of bespoke automotive luxury.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with UHNW clients, offering a tailored, discreet, and highly personal sales experience.
• Drive sales performance to meet and exceed targets while upholding the Rolls-Royce standard of excellence.
• Represent the brand at exclusive events, private viewings, and luxury networking circles.
• Collaborate with marketing, aftersales, and the global Rolls-Royce network to create memorable client experiences.
• Keep abreast of luxury market trends, client preferences, and competitive positioning.

• Proven track record in luxury automotive, high-end real estate, private banking, luxury goods, or other UHNW-facing industries.
• Established network within Indonesia’s UHNW community.
• Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and a natural ability to inspire trust.
• Impeccable personal presentation, communication, and discretion.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for exclusive client engagements.
