. As a Corporate Sales Manager at Bumame, your mission is to acquire and nurture relationships with multinational companies and large-scale enterprises.

We value your strategic sales expertise over your industry background. Whether you come from Fin Tech, FMCG, OTA, or SaaS, as long as you have a proven track record of "hunting" and "farming" big-ticket corporate accounts (Enterprise level), we want you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire "whale" accounts—multinational corporations and large Indonesian conglomerates—ensuring Bumame is their primary healthcare partner.
  • Beyond just selling, you will act as a consultant to your clients, helping them integrate health programs into their corporate ecosystem.
  • Analyze client data to provide revenue forecasting, trend analysis, and growth projections. You should be comfortable "talking with numbers."
  • Design and execute strategic partnership programs (e.g., exclusive corporate wellness campaigns or seasonal health activations) to increase account penetration and usage.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with high accuracy in forecasting monthly and quarterly targets.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in B2B/Corporate Sales, specifically handling large enterprises or MNCs (not SMEs/UMKM).
  • Proven Track Record:
    You have successfully closed deals with major groups.
  • Exceptional ability to create sales strategies based on data. You know how to use metrics to convince stakeholders.
  • Proficient in data visualization and forecasting. You can turn raw client data into actionable business reviews.
  • Experience in Healthcare/Pharma is not required. We welcome candidates from Tech, Banking, Hospitality, or any industry with high-complexity B2B sales cycles.
