Location: Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta
SHANGRI-LA RESIDENCES, JAKARTA Main Responsibility
Responsible for maintaining the safety and security of Residences, tenants, visitors, and employees. The role ensures compliance with Shangri-La standards, conducts patrols, monitors security systems, and responds to incidents efficiently while providing professional customer service.
Requirements- Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia (WNI) shall be considered.
- Basic fluency in English (oral and written). Only CV in English will be considered.
- Minimum one year of experience (part time or full time) in security, law enforcement, or customer service, preferably in hospitality, residential, or commercial buildings.
- Minimum Gada Pratama Certified is a must.
- Vocational or minimum of high school graduated is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of security operations and emergency procedures.
- Physically fit, mobile, and proactive in addressing issues.
- Available to work on daily worker basis (paid on a per‑day basis) and able to start immediately.
