Location: Jakarta Selatan

  • Min. Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
  • Min. 3 years of experience as a Security Supervisor or in an equivalent role, preferably in shopping malls, commercial buildings, or property management.
  • Gada Madya Security Certification is preferred; candidates with military or law enforcement backgrounds are an advantage.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills, with proven ability to supervise, motivate, and develop security personnel.
  • Good knowledge of security operations, CCTV systems, emergency response procedures, Indonesian criminal law, and security regulations.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and physical fitness, with the ability to handle emergency situations and prepare security reports, budgets, and other administrative documentation.
  • Willing to be placed at District 8 (SCBD).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate the Security Team to ensure the effective implementation of security, safety, and emergency procedures throughout the mall.
  • Prepare duty rosters, shift schedules, conduct security briefings, and ensure adequate manpower deployment for daily operations.
  • Monitor security operations through patrols, CCTV surveillance, access control, and routine inspections to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, accidents, theft, and public disturbances, ensuring all cases are handled in accordance with company SOPs.
  • Coordinate with police, emergency services, government authorities, tenants, and other stakeholders to support effective incident management and investigations.
  • Supervise, coach, evaluate, and develop security personnel while ensuring compliance with company policies, service standards, and the implementation of security procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain security reports, incident documentation, budgets, and other administrative records, while recommending continuous improvements to security operations.
