Tradeasia is undergoing a major improvement to enhance its B2B mobile app and website platforms. We’re looking for a Senior Mobile App Consultant / Developer to lead the optimization and scaling of our enterprise mobile application. The role requires hands‑on expertise in mobile architecture, secure integration with Salesforce, and performance improvements tailored to diverse internal and external users.

• Refactor and optimize a Flutter app for better scalability, performance, and clean architecture.
• Design secure integrations between Salesforce, internal databases, and the mobile app; recommend or develop middleware as needed.
• Implement real‑time data sync with OAuth 2.0, RESTful APIs, and webhooks, ensuring token security and error handling.
• Collaborate with backend, QA, and business teams to align app features with workflows and strategic goals.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines, testing standards (unit, widget), and QA documentation for reliable deployments.
• Help shape product roadmaps, rollout plans, and long‑term scaling strategies.
• Review UI/UX designs and wireframes; provide technical input to enhance usability and performance.
• Support UAT, testing phases, and issue resolution with internal and external teams.

• 7-10 years of mobile development experience (Flutter and Dart)
• Strong expertise integrating Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), Webhooks, and Apex
• Understanding of middleware, microservices, and secure mobile architecture
• Experience with Firebase, MySQL/Postgre
  
  SQL, Docker, Git, and CI/CD tools
• Familiarity with state management in Flutter (Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod)
• Background in ERP/API integrations, and working across mobile and backend teams
• Strong communication, technical documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills

• 10+ years in mobile app development especially in supply chain tech and/or B2B high‑end mobile app ecosystems
• Experience in logistics systems, marketplaces, or trade associations
• Hands‑on exposure to React Native, Node.js, or eCommerce engines (Shopify, Magento, etc.)
• Agile certification (Scrum Master, PMP, TOGAF) or relevant domain certifications
