- Define and execute end-to-end test strategy
- Lead integration, system, regression, and UAT validation
- Drive structured defect triage, root cause analysis, and prevention initiatives
- Perform advanced API testing and database validation
- Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks (API & UI)
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Establish and monitor quality metrics, including:
- Test coverage
- Defect leakage
- Regression stability
- Release readiness
- Mentor and develop QA Engineers
- Continuously improve QA processes, standards, and tooling
- Collaborate closely with Backend Engineers, Dev Ops, and Solution Design teams
- Minimum 4 years of experience in software quality assurance
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC principles
- Proven experience in:
- API testing (REST, JSON, microservices-based systems)
- Automation framework design and implementation
- SQL for data validation and verification
- Git-based workflow
- Hands‑on automation coding experience (C#, Java, or Python)
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working with backend‑intensive or enterprise systems
- Experience with Playwright and/or Appium for automation
- Familiarity with the .NET ecosystem and testing frameworks such as NUnit
- Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., NBomber, JMeter)
- Basic understanding of security testing principles
- Experience working within microservices architecture
