• Do testing based on the requirements and the test plan.
• Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing.
• Create documentation or test reports for each milestone.
• Test own work following testing practice guidelines and document and report results.
• Identify potential problems that users might encounter.
• Perform unit testing and manual testing.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related discipline with sufficient technical experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Minimum GPA of 2.85 out of 4.00.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong client‑service attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure with team or minimum supervision.
• Good analytical and logical skills for understanding user requirements and application design concepts.
• Familiarity with the software development life cycle or programming or UI/UX design.

• Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
• Ability to create Software Requirement Specifications.
• Ability to create Software Test Scenarios.
• UI/UX design knowledge – familiar with Figma or Adobe.
• Programming knowledge in HTML and CSS.
• Familiarity with Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code.
• Software release management knowledge is an advantage.
• Front‑end development skills: HTML, CSS, Angular, React, JavaScript.
• Back‑end development flexibility: any programming language with willingness to learn; experience with .NET (C# or ) and Java is an advantage.
• Database administration and data analytics skills; familiarity with MS SQL or Mongo
  
  DB.
• Knowledge of data backup, recovery, security and integrity, and SQL.
• Data visualization tools:
  Tableau, Alteryx, or Power BI is an advantage.

• Up to 20% travel possible.
