Stick Earn is an advertising technology company on a mission to transform Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising through technology, data, and creativity. We empower brands, agencies, and media owners to create impactful advertising experiences across Indonesia.

As a QA Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and stability of our products by working closely with Product Managers and Developers throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Ensure software quality and stability before deployment to production.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to review requirements and define acceptance criteria.
• Translate acceptance criteria into test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Execute functional, smoke, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Perform API testing by validating request/response behavior, HTTP status codes, and JSON structures.
• Maintain and execute automated test scripts and investigate test failures.
• Identify, document, and track bugs with detailed reproduction steps.
• Analyze test results and communicate quality metrics to the team.
• Participate in improving QA processes, test coverage, and automation reliability.
• Work closely with the development team to support root cause analysis and issue resolution.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a QA Engineer or Software Tester.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, including HTTP methods, status codes, and JSON.
• Familiar with API testing tools such as Postman, etc.
• Basic proficiency in test automation or scripting, with the ability to read and execute automated tests (JavaScript is preferred).
• Familiar with Git version control (commit, push, pull, branch).
• Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and bug tracking workflows.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiar with tools such as Postman, jam.dev, Google Sheets/Spreadsheets, Figma, Git, Jira, VS Code, and Node.js/npm.
• Experience with API testing, test automation frameworks (Mocha, Chai, Supertest), and OpenAPI/Swagger is a plus.
