Android Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Android applications based on Project Change Requests (PCR) and business requirements.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and other developers throughout the development lifecycle.
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to application development and enhancements.
• Perform Unit Testing (UT) to ensure code quality, functionality, and reliability.
• Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployment activities when required.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Ensure code quality by following development standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.
• Implement and follow Trunk-Based Development practices within the software development process.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for application performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 3-4 years of experience as Android Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Java Native.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and RESTful API integration.
• Ability to build scalable, maintainable, and secure applications.
• Familiarity with Git/Git Lab and Trunk-Based Development.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in banking, digital banking, credit/loan systems, or related financial services is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
