Senior Machine Learning Engineer

We're looking for an experienced ML Engineer to join our team and help build innovative (G)
AI and information extraction solutions

You will be working on our journey into Machine Learning and (G)
AI
. Not only for our company, but also for our customers. We know what we want to achieve, but the road leading to achieve those goals need to be explored. Together with our IT team in Jakarta and the Netherlands you will be exploring the frontier of Machine Learning
, turning complex and unstructured data into intuitive, automated experiences for our global clientele.

• Integrate ML models into APIs and asynchronous services
• Develop, test, and profile production ready applications that leverage ML models in a scalable manner
• Build, validate, and deploy ML models
  , especially for NLP, information extraction, and image processing
• Explore and define the path to achieve (G)
  AI and ML solution implementation goals
• Develop in an iterative workflow
• Work in a local environment or on the remote development server
• Collaborate with international teams to explore new solutions

• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• 3+ years of experience with Python (FastAPI, Ray, Celery/Temporal, Pytest) in a professional setting demonstrable via Git Hub repos or job experience
• Familiarity with on-prem deployment and containerization (Docker, Podman, K8s/K3s)
• Strong software engineering fundamentals (architecture, testing, typing, deployment)
• Extensive experience with Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning (Pytorch, YOLO, vLLM, etc)
• A proactive mindset

• Read and write Dutch or Indonesian
• A degree in Computer Science
  , Machine Learning
  , or other related fields
• Published research in a reputable journal
• Familiarity with bash and Linux tools
