About the Role:
As a Tech Lead, you will balance hands‑on coding, system design, and team leadership, working closely with business stakeholders and developers to deliver robust technical solutions.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong English communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics, provide project updates, and present recommendations to management in a clear and professional manner.
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
- Minimum 1–2 years as Tech Lead, Lead Developer, Senior Developer, or similar role.
- Strong full‑stack experience in ASP.NET, .NET Core, Node.js, Angular, React, React Native, HTML5, and CSS
3. - Experience with REST API, GraphQL, MongoDB, Azure Dev Ops, Azure Service Bus, Azure Storage, and Azure Service Fabric.
- Good understanding of software architecture, API design, database design, and security.
- Experience with Git workflow, code review, branching, and deployment process.
- Able to communicate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Able to lead the team while still contributing to coding.
- Experience with ASP.NET Blazor.
- Experience with enterprise systems such as HRIS, ERP, workflow, or approval systems.
- Experience with CI/CD, Docker, cloud deployment, and production support.
- Lead and guide the development team in technical execution.
- Translate business requirements into technical tasks.
- Define technical direction, architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
- Review code quality, system performance, maintainability, and security.
- Support frontend development using Angular, React, React Native, HTML5, and CSS
3. - Support or contribute to ASP.NET Blazor applications when required.
- Build and maintain APIs, backend services, and system integrations.
- Coordinate with management, QA, developers, and business users.
- Mentor developers and help remove technical blockers.
- Support production troubleshooting and issue resolution.
