Salesforce Developer​/Engineer

The Salesforce engineer will be working on one of the world’s biggest Salesforce org, working with the best Salesforce implementation team in China and focusing on delivering efficient and effective software & application solutions on the Salesforce platform. The role allows to design a variety of end-to-end solutions including CPQ, Scheduling, Sales, Service, Marketing, integration and Data Analytics. The ideal candidate would have experience in  application development, design, configuration and implementation.

• Minimum 2+ year of experience with proven previous hands‑on experience of design and development within the Salesforce application environment
• Bachelor of Degree in Computer Science or related field & Can able communication & written in English
• Be able to build and configure, to a high standard, custom solutions using native Salesforce and custom technologies including Lightning Web Components,Aura, Apex, Visualforce, Java script, web services, general design concepts and more
• Extensive experience of using Salesforce platform languages:
  Apex, SOQL and Lightning as well as advanced administration tools like process builder, flow and custom settings
• Server‑less skill on Tencent or Ali Cloud to extend salesforce capability using Nodejs
• Listening skills, excellent customer service skills, and strong professional written and oral communication skills
• Attention to detail with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems as well as provide documentation, guidance, and instructions to users
• Salesforce Certifications – Service (or Sales) Cloud Consultant, App Builder, Platform Developer I, and/or ideally Platform Developer II
• Support Salesforce development manager in effectively designing and implementing required features, with a focus on delivering scalable solutions using Salesforce best practices

• Design, develop, and configure custom solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, and web services.
• Leverage Salesforce platform languages such as Apex, SOQL, and Lightning to implement scalable and efficient solutions.
• Utilize Salesforce administration tools including Process Builder, Flow, and Custom Settings for process automation and configuration.
• Extend Salesforce capabilities using serverless technologies (Tencent Cloud or Alibaba Cloud) and Node.js for integrations and advanced use cases.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure best practices are followed.
• Provide excellent customer service by offering proactive communication, problem‑solving, and post‑implementation support.
• Document technical solutions, maintain code quality, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Address development issues and work multi‑functionally with wider engineering teams.
• Support other engineering teams to integrate backend data with Salesforce via middleware to give our end users an enhanced data experience
• Manage all security settings and conduct regular security/configuration audits
• Modify the sharing model as required
• Modify case setup, entitlement rules and omni‑channel
