- Lead the development of next-generation technology to realize the product strategy. Drive innovation by defining and developing our technical architecture.
- Drive the delivery of the roadmap for our existing and future products, delivering high-quality products, maintaining a ship fast, ship often mentality, and ensuring that products and projects are delivered on time and on budget.
- Build extraordinary technical teams. Your most meaningful skill will be your ability to encourage, mentor, lead, and inspire others.
- Integrating APIs with key business services to aid the seamless flow of information across all channels.
- Create an environment where our people will do their best work ever.
- 5+ years of working with highly innovative products.
- Proven track record in building, leading and inspiring high-performing product engineering teams.
- Outstanding communications skills, a thought leader who can represent the Company internally as well as externally.
- Accountability for the growth of a company and proof that you have significantly contributed to this by driving technical innovation.
- Proficient in English.
- You inspire others and lead by example.
- Can contribute to the growth of the Company at an executive level.
- A natural drive to succeed and the passion to make it happen. You make a positive impact and can deliver a vision to a broader team.
- Analytical but also pragmatic mindset.
- Not afraid to roll-up the sleeves and make things work when needed.
- Be willing to take tough decisions to help steer the Engineering in the right direction.
