Engineering Frontend developer
- Required experience:
1–3 years - Full-time
- Remote
- from $1,500 to $3,000 / mo
Ship interfaces where conversion is the product — not a mockup that never reaches production.
About The Company AndThe Role
SVETET is a remote software and digital product company for clients in high-check markets (US, UAE, UK, AU, CA, EU) and CIS. Custom software, web apps, mobile products, CRM/automation, and conversion websites — commercial work, not slide decks.
The team works remotely in Russian and English. Timezone overlap is agreed with the lead — not a fake corporate 9-to-6.
We hire people who ship real product work and care about outcomes — not resume spam from regions we do not hire in.
We need a frontend developer for Next.js / React / Type Script storefronts, product sites, and conversion landings — catalogs, forms, and UI wired to CRM and analytics.
What we expect- 1–3 years of commercial frontend experience (or strong shipped portfolio).
- Confident Type Script and React;
Next.js in production is a plus. - You can read Figma and implement without pixel-guessing every spacer.
- You care about Core Web Vitals, accessibility basics, and forms that submit.
- Git hygiene: small commits, honest PR descriptions.
- Fluent Russian for client and team chat;
English enough to read specs and ship UI copy when needed.
- Official contract / B2B or employment — whatever is legal and sane for both sides.
- Remote full-time; start time agreed with the lead.
- Paid trial instead of unpaid homework.
- Real commercial inventory: shops, education, product sites — not toy tasks.
- Rate review after the first shipped milestone — only up, or we part ways clearly.
- Direct loop with design and backend; no 40-slide process to start.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain web projects on Next.js / React / Type Script.
- Build catalog, filters, cart, forms, and landing blocks that stay fast on mobile.
- Connect frontends to CRM, messengers, and analytics without breaking the lead path.
- Implement Figma into production UI with clear type, spacing, and states.
- Cover critical flows with Playwright when the path is money (checkout, quiz, contact).
- Work with design and backend in small mergeable PRs.
- 01 Storefronts & catalogs – Filters, product cards, cart, search — sites that have to sell.
- 02 Conversion landings – Hero, proof, quiz, CTA. Structure first; polish second.
- 03 Integrations UI – Forms and cabinets wired to analytics and CRM fields that survive.
- 04 Quality bar – Core Web Vitals, states, Playwright on money paths when it matters.
