- Park Hyatt Jakarta Summary
- Monitor the pool area to ensure the safety of all guests.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents.
- Provide assistance to guests as needed and respond to inquiries.
- Perform rescue techniques and first aid when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized pool area, including chairs and surrounding spaces.
- Conduct regular inspections of the pool and surrounding areas to identify any hazards.
- Report any safety concerns or maintenance issues to the management.
- Participate in regular training sessions and drills to stay prepared for emergencies.
- Maintain accurate records of pool usage and incidents.
- Current lifeguard certification (CPR, First Aid, and AED).
- Previous experience as a lifeguard preferred.
- Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
