Position: Contract Supply Chain Executive
Location: Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta

Your role within the team

This role is a 1 year contract role, who will plays a key part in ensuring smooth and timely movement of goods, accurate regulatory documentation, efficient order processing, and strong collaboration with logistics partners and distributors. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions‑driven, and able to coordinate effectively across internal and external stakeholders to maintain operational excellence to support daily supply chain operations for Indonesia market.

Key Responsibilities 1. Logistics & Shipment Coordination
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments for Indonesia operations.
  • Work closely with freight forwarders, carriers, logistics providers, and warehouse teams to arrange transportation and customs declaration.
  • Monitor shipment progress and ensure on‑time delivery to warehouses or customers.
  • Identify and resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, and logistics issues.
  • Arrange product inspections and ensure all surveyor documentation complies with Indonesian import regulations.
2. Customs Documentation & Compliance
  • Prepare, review, and manage customs clearance documentation for import and export activities.
  • Handle licensing processes related to Prohibitions and Restrictions (Lartas) and coordinate with BPOM and surveyor agencies.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of all required documentation, including invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, COO, and import permits.
  • Liaise with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth clearance and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on Indonesia’s import/export regulations and relay necessary updates to stakeholders.
3. Order Processing & Coordination
  • Support order processing and coordinate with key stakeholders on stock allocation.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and data entry in ERP or logistics management systems.
  • Track purchase orders and delivery schedules to align with supply chain timelines.
4. Reporting & Data Management
  • Maintain accurate shipment records, tracking logs, and related documentation.
  • Provide timely updates on shipment status, customs clearance progress, and logistics performance.
  • Facilitate communication with distributors and logistics service providers.
  • Monitor and evaluate logistics service performance and drive continuous improvement.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or import/export operations
  • Detail‑oriented with strong accuracy in documentation
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Effective communicator with strong coordination skills
  • Able to work independently and manage responsibilities efficiently
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English is required
