Cost Analyst; Mandarin Speaker

Responsibilities

• Cost Monitoring and Analysis – monitor, analyze, and report on transportation and operational costs, while identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising service quality.
• Budget Management – assist in preparing and monitoring Internal Route Cost and report to finance Department.
• Cost Optimization & Performance Evaluation – collaborate with the Route Planning team to implement cost‑efficient strategies and regularly evaluate the effectiveness of cost‑saving initiatives.
• Expense Forecasting – support the forecasting of future transportation and logistics costs in line with operational plans and market conditions.
• Price Database Management – manage and update the pricing database in the system to ensure accurate cost calculations.
• Procurement Coordination – coordinate with the Procurement Department regarding vendor contract renewals, unit additions, or vehicle type changes to ensure smooth and continuous operations.

• Bachelor Degree or higher (prefer Finance based in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or related field).
• 1-2 years of experience in logistics, route planning, or transportation management (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• High-level skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
• Fluent in English & Mandarin (HSK
  5).
• Able to adapt in fast paced environment and willing to learn.
• Problem‑solving mindset to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Knowledge of cost‑control strategies and cost analysis techniques.
• Analytical thinking with attention to detail.
• Ability to create and maintain budget reports and cost‑related documents.
• Good understanding of logistics operations.
