Logistics Operation

• Know how to lead the export & import, and domestic shipment by sea, air, and LCL.
• Ensure all data & activities and daily reports internal and customers of export & import and domestic shipment by sea, air and LCL are properly handled.
• Monitor all export/import activities, including correspondence of PEB, PIB, SPPB, SPJM, etc.
• Stay up-to-date with government regulations regarding import/export activity.
• Determine HS Code correctly.
• Understand the entire export and import process.
• Understand the entire domestic shipment by sea, air, and LCL.
• Use AutoCAD software applications.
• Maintain operation process in field and documentation for MIGAS and non-MIGAS regulation and DG Cargos and B3, Limbah B3.
• Be familiar with vendor domestic inland transport, sea and air freight with MIGAS standard.

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in any major.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Excellent critical thinking, analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Good teamwork, communication skills and target oriented.
• Strong leadership skills and customer satisfaction focus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of export/import sea freight and domestic shipment by sea, air and LCL operations, system and regulation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and forwarding/logistics systems.
• Having a PPJK (Customs Clearance) certification is highly preferred.
