We're looking for Logistic Jr. Lead who is responsible for ensuring smooth daily logistics operations, including routing plans, shipment monitoring, cost control, and team management both in the office and in the field. This role also involves managing 3PL partners, conducting cost‑saving initiatives based on operational data, and driving efficiency across logistics activities. The Logistic Jr. Lead is expected to demonstrate strong leadership, critical thinking, and effective communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.

Job Description
  • Oversee and manage daily logistics operations, including routing plan, shipment issue resolution, administration and invoicing, data entry in Logistics Tracker, and data management in Logistics Dictionary.
  • Lead a medium-sized team (±5 office admins and 25–30 field helpers) in executing daily operations, following up on pending projects, and evaluating individual KPIs.
  • Conduct data analysis on daily/weekly shipment costs to identify fluctuations and root causes.
  • Initiate and manage cost‑saving projects based on operations data (Logistics Tracker file).
  • Manage 3PL partners, including sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and performance evaluation.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership skills to manage a team of around 30 people.
  • Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong logical and critical thinking skills (Logical Test will be conducted).
  • Proficiency in basic Excel/Google Sheets formulas (Excel Test will be conducted).
  • Minimum D3 degree in Logistics, Management, or Supply Chain.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Logistics/Transportation.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the F&B industry within the same company.
  • Extensive knowledge of domestic shipments across land, sea, and air freight.
  • Experience working in a forwarding services provider (preferred).
  • Experience in handling export/import processes (preferred).
