The Delivery team serves as a vital force of delivery operations in Tik Tok Shop. Excelling in precise, prompt delivery operations, our aim is to ensure every package reaches its destination safely and swiftly. • Maintain warehouse performance (sortation process).
• Implement strategies to optimize lead time and minimize delivery times.
• Monitor and analyze end‑to‑end performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Provide coaching and support to supervisors, leaders, and daily workers to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Handle escalated line haul team and first mile team issues, resolving them promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Familiar with SOP and cost efficiency of warehouse, continuously optimize warehouse efficiency, and enhance cost advantage of warehouse.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sortation delivery operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of logistics principles and first mile & last‑mile delivery processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management software.

• Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
• Good communication and attitude.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
