Captain Pilot: Bell 412 Flight Operations

We are seeking an experienced and professional Bell 412 Captain to join our helicopter operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of flight safety, operational discipline, regulatory compliance, and professional conduct, including operations in remote and challenging environments.

As this position may involve both flying and management responsibilities, preference will be given to candidates with strong leadership, administrative, and flight operations management capabilities. When not assigned to flying duties, the selected candidate may be required to support management functions or serve as Chief Pilot
, depending on the company’s operational requirements.

• Hold a valid ICAO-compliant Airline Transport Pilot Licence
  - Helicopter ATPL(H).
• Hold a current Bell 412 Type Rating.
• Hold a valid Instrument Rating
  - Helicopter IR(H).
• Hold a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Hold an ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
• Minimum of 3,000 total helicopter flight hours.
• Minimum of 1,500 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC).
• Minimum of 1,000 hours as PIC on multi-engine helicopters.
• Minimum of 500 flight hours on the Bell 412; 1,000 hours is preferred.
• Experience in both VFR and IFR operations.
• External-load and/or long-line operational experience is an advantage.
• Flight Instructor qualification is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in flight operations management or as a Chief Pilot is highly preferred.
• Possess strong Crew Resource Management (CRM), leadership, communication, administrative, and decision-making skills.
• Able and willing to perform both flying and management duties based on the company’s operational requirements.
• No history of aviation accidents, serious incidents, or aviation licence suspension or revocation.
• Willing to be based and deployed in remote operational areas in accordance with the company’s requirements.
