Analyze engineering project requirements to design and implement cost-effective, efficient logistics and system plans that meet project deadlines.
Collaborate with Operations, IT, and other internal departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, drive continuous improvement, and execute process optimization strategies.
Maintain accurate logistics documentation while staying updated on industry best practices, regulations, and emerging technologies.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in an engineering or logistics role, with a proven track record in system development and logistics implementation.
Strong knowledge of system applications, transportation methods, warehousing operations, and inventory management principles.
Experience in data analysis using Excel and logistics management software (WMS, TMS).
Experience in designing warehouse layouts and simulating operational flow using AutoCAD or similar software.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, data reporting, and presentation skills.
Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
