• Communicate with principals, terminal operators, shipping companies and port authorities
• Arrange advance payment of port charges to terminal operators and port authorities before vessel berthing.
• Prepare and send proforma disbursement accounts to principals and follow up on remittances.
• Handle ships' spares, mail, crew changes, crew medical arrangements and other related requests.
• Update the relevant operational registers and applications accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with local agents and suppliers when required.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and keep relevant parties updated.
• Handle agency service duties after receiving the appointment letter.
• Share updates from local agents, terminals and authorities with ships, owners, principals and charterers as required.

• Indonesian Citizen (WNI).
• Bachelor's Degree from Maritime University.
• 2-5 years' experience with a shipping company.
• Knowledge of ship agency management.
• Good communication skills in both Bahasa and English.
• Ability to work within a team, collaborate with a high sense of responsibility.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to plan operations, manage vendors and support practical solutions.
