The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Driver LMS Management:
Maintain and update the Driver LMS platform to ensure learning materials are accessible and up to date. - Driver Training Development:
Develop training curricula and materials to support drivers in understanding Business-as-Usual (BAU) processes. - Josbinar Live Sessions:
Organize and conduct Josbinar live video sessions to communicate current initiatives, product updates, and relevant operational information to drivers. - Regional Initiative Planning:
Establish schedules and timelines for Driver Operations initiatives across all regions. - Driver Bulletin Management:
Maintain and publish nationwide driver bulletins to communicate important Driver Operations updates and announcements. - Engagement Material Development:
Coordinate and develop driver engagement materials to support product launches and new initiative rollouts. - Stakeholder Coordination and Rollout Monitoring:
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to monitor implementation progress and ensure products and new initiatives are launched and operated smoothly across all regions.
Requirements:
- 2 - 3 years of experience in social media monitoring, driver behavior, customer experience, operations, incident management, community management, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of driver engagement and driver communities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes from limited or fragmented information.
- Strong communication to do driver engagement and training for offline and online
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure and respond quickly to time-sensitive issues.
- Good proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets/ Google Slides and data reporting.
