Inventory Management

• Ensuring actual stock (stock on hand and stock in transit which includes product and returned goods) according to the system.
• Ensuring and reporting warehouse space utilization data and stock on hand on a daily basis.
• Carry out stock taking at the central warehouse on a monthly basis
  - Perform analysis and tracking if there are differences in stock on hand in the warehouse with stock in the system.
• Make an event report if there is a discrepancy between the stock on hand in the warehouse and the stock in the system based on the evidence that has been obtained.
• Utilize SAP for tracking inventory movements, generating reports, and managing stock data. Ensure all inventory transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
• Operate and manage the Warehouse Management System to track stock levels, manage orders, and oversee warehouse operations. Implement best practices for WMS utilization.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Identify and resolve inventory-related issues and process inefficiencies.
• Make monthly stock taking reports.

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Transportation, SCM, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position especially in Inventory SCM
• Able to speak English
• Required Skill(s):
  Warehouse operation, Inventory Management, WMS, TMS, SAP, and Documentation filling
• Thriving at Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word) and Power BI
• Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted time frames
• Able to fast paced/take critical decisions and handle stress
• Good knowledge and understanding of technical issue
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent Inter-personal skills, well organized and team player
