Distribution Planner

• Distribute updated stock information from the central warehouse and all branch warehouses to branch managers and channel heads.
• Provide daily shipment tracking reports to branch managers and channel heads.
• Handle primary and secondary requests from each branch or channel.
• Follow up on requests by creating a PO STO for warehouse fulfillment; for secondary requests, initiate virtual stock transfers from the central warehouse (CWH) to branch e-stock before dispatching physical goods.
• Coordinate with the transport planner to manage goods distribution.
• Liaise with Factory and Import PICs regarding incoming warehouse inventory.
• Prepare a monthly report summarizing total goods distribution.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or bachelor's degree in Transportation, SCM, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related
• At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Able to speak English, mandarin will advantage
• Required Skill(s):
  Warehouse operation, distribution planner, SAP, and Documentation filling
• Thriving at Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word) and Power BI
• Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted time frames
• Able to fast paced/take critical decisions and handle stresa
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent Inter-personal skills, well organized and team player
