Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Warehouse Assistant, based in Karawaci, Tangerang. The Warehouse Assistant will handle crucial daily tasks including packing goods, managing inventory, operating forklifts, and ensuring seamless inventory control. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with customers to address inquiries and provide excellent service as required.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
  • Communicate and coordinate with Mandarin‑speaking management, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Translate documents, reports, and work instructions between Mandarin and Indonesian/English when required.
  • Monitor warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
  • Support the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager in administrative and operational tasks.
  • Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies and shipment issues.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written); HSK certification is an advantage.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management.
  • Familiar with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to work in a warehouse environment and perform operational duties when needed.
