Job opportunity for Operations & Pre-Grading Staff at PT OCX Platform Indonesia in KOTA ADM. JAKARTA BARAT, DKI JAKARTA, Indonesia.

• Receive, check, sort, and record incoming card submissions accurately.
• Assist with card inventory updates, item labeling, and storage organization.
• Conduct basic authenticity checks to help identify potential fake, altered, or suspicious cards before further review.
• Conduct pre-grading checks by reviewing card centering, edges, corners, surface, print quality, whitening, scratches, dents, creases, print lines, and other visible condition issues.
• Record clear pre-grading notes based on OCX’s format, including front/back condition, visible flaws, and overall card presentation.
• Take clear front, back, and close-up photos to support pre-grading, listing, and documentation.
• Help prepare card information for listing, including card name, set, rarity, language, condition notes, and other required details.
• Prepare cards for listing, packaging, shipping, or vault storage.
• Handle each card carefully and consistently according to OCX’s operational standards.
• Update the team clearly on item status, including cards received, pre-grading progress, items ready for listing, packed orders, shipped orders, and pending issues.
• Stand by at offline events to support card receiving, consignment intake, customer questions, and basic OCX service explanation.
• Support OCX video content as on-camera talent when needed, especially to explain cards, card condition, pre-grading, and collectibles education in a simple and engaging way.

• Must be genuinely interested in TCG/cards, especially Pokémon, One Piece, or other collectible card games.
• Has basic understanding of TCG cards, including different card types, rarities, sets, raw cards, slabs, and sealed products.
• Has basic awareness of card authenticity and common fake card indicators, or is willing to learn quickly.
• Detail-oriented, careful, and responsible when handling collectible cards.
• Disciplined, reliable, and able to follow SOPs consistently.
• Willing to keep learning about card conditions, grading standards, TCG products, authentication, and collectibles market trends.
• Able to follow workflows accurately for receiving, sorting, labeling, inventory, pre-grading, packaging, and fulfillment.
• Comfortable communicating with customers during offline events.
• Comfortable appearing in simple video content or willing to learn.
• Honest, organized, and comfortable working with data, photos, and item records.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced collectibles operation environment.
