Return Operation Lead

Job opportunity for Return Operation Lead at PT Jasa Integritas Mandiri in KOTA ADM. JAKARTA BARAT, DKI JAKARTA, Indonesia.

• Manage and optimize the entire returns process to ensure operations run effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure each customer return request is processed and resolved on time in accordance with company service standards.
• Analyze return trends and identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth handling of returns.
• Monitor customer feedback on the return process and implement necessary improvements to enhance service quality.
• Ensure all return activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Lead inventory and picking activities to support accurate stock and smooth warehouse operations.
• Create and manage new SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) as required by operational and business needs.
• Ensure proper maintenance and management of returned items in the warehouse, documented accurately.
• Lead the implementation of periodic Stock Take (SO) to ensure physical and system stock data alignment.
• Prepare periodic operational reports and provide updates and recommendations to the Manager regarding return and inventory process performance.

• Minimum education D3/S1 in any field, preference for Logistics, Supply Chain, or related majors.
• At least 1–2 years experience in Warehouse, Inventory, Returns Management, or Logistics Operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Lookup Formula).
• Understanding of Inventory Control, Stock Take, and Warehouse Management processes.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and target-oriented.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with various stakeholders.
