Junior Warehouse Manager

Then joining L'Oreal Supply Chain Team might be the opportunity that you've been looking for! Now we are looking for a dynamic, versatile, and meticulous person to work as Jr. Warehouse Manager.

• Managing Receiving Operations:
  This includes scheduling and supervising the unloading of trucks, verifying shipments against purchase orders, and inspecting goods for damage or discrepancies. The Junior Manager ensures accurate documentation of all incoming materials and maintains clear communication with suppliers regarding any issues.
• Team Supervision and Development:
  Leading and motivating a team of warehouse associates is a key aspect of this role. This includes training new employees, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing feedback. Building a positive and productive team environment is crucial.
• Compliance and Safety:
  Ensuring compliance with company safety regulations and standard operating procedures is paramount. The Junior Manager is responsible for enforcing safety protocols, conducting safety training, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
• Reporting and Analysis:
  Preparing regular reports on inbound activities, key performance indicators (KPIs) such as receiving efficiency, stock accuracy, and cost control. Analyzing these reports to identify areas for improvement and present findings to senior management.
• Communication and
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Maintaining effective communication with various departments, including purchasing, logistics, and sales, to ensure smooth flow of information and coordination of activities. This may involve resolving issues related to deliveries, inventory discrepancies, or other operational matters.
• Problem-Solving:
  Addressing and resolving day-to-day operational challenges such as delayed shipments, damaged goods, or staffing issues. This requires critical thinking and decision‑making skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is often preferred
• Proven 4-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, ideally with some supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
• Knowledge on AEO would be advantage
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to be placed in Cikarang, West Java
