Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Jakarta
Salary: IDR 7,000,000 – 9,000,000 per month

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure inventory accuracy. You will supervise stock movement, coordinate warehouse activities, prepare and verify invoices and related documents, conduct regular stock opname, and ensure warehouse processes are efficient, organized, and compliant with company standards.

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Monitor inbound and outbound goods to ensure accurate stock movement.
• Prepare, verify, and coordinate invoices, delivery orders, and warehouse documentation.
• Plan and conduct routine stock opname and inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Prepare inventory and operational reports for management.
• Continuously improve warehouse processes and efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience using ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
