Division of Career Services (DCS)

Lovely Professional University is hiring experienced  Assistant Director / Senior Placement Officer / Placement Officer  to lead corporate engagement and drive large-scale student placement and internship outcomes across academic schools.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead corporate relations and onboard national & global recruiters
Drive campus placements, internships, and flagship hiring initiatives
Partner with Deans, Heads, and faculty to improve employability outcomes
Oversee placement data, MIS, and reporting for NAAC/NIRF frameworks
Mentor placement teams and manage recruiter relationships end-to-end

Ideal Profile:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in placements, corporate relations in a reputed University.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
Prior experience in Universities, Institutes, or large education ecosystems preferred
