- Certified Surgical Technician position at Brigham & Women's Faulkner Hospital, part of Mass General Brigham system.
- Job involves working Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts.
Job Details
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required (NBSTSA or NCCT only).
- Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification required within 30 days of start date and updated upon expiration.
- Must have documentation of required immunizations and health screenings including MMR, Influenza Vaccine (during flu season), TB Test, Health Statement, and Fit Test for N95 respirator.
- Criminal background checks including MGB Criminal Background Check, Massachusetts CORI, National Sex Offender Check, and Exclusion Checks required.
- Resume including past 7 years of work experience required for submission.
- Two recent references required, minimum one supervisor or above in skillset.
- Skills checklist and candidate submission cover sheet required for submission.
Job Requirements
- Monday to Friday schedule.
- 36 hours per week.
- 12-hour shifts.
Schedule Information
- MA Conditional Licenses not accepted.
- No religious exemptions for N95 fit testing or influenza vaccine.
- Fit Test must be completed on the MGB N95 Respirator Fit Test Record Form.
- Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation required if fit test is required for skill.
- Positive PPD requires negative chest x-ray documentation.
- Tdap vaccine preferred within 10 years.
