Job Description:
- Deep understanding & implementing Safety regulation
- Responsible for Safety management, reporting to government (P2K3), and monitoring the implementation according to the regulation (SMK3).
- Manage safety for activity on site
- Lead the investigation if any incident occurred
- Assisting the completeness of documents and fields for suitability audits
- Prepare mandatory reports related to the safety
- Conduct inspections of operational activities and workers related to the safety
- Conduct training and drill for safety management to operators
- Minimum Bachelor of K3 (SHE), Public Health or any related field
- Having experience in Plantation industry would be preferable
- Having certification in Environment and K3 is a must
- Strong analytical skills for incident investigation and excellent communication skills for training delivery
- Understand local regulation regarding safety
- Supervise third-party contractors to ensure their equipment and work methods meet the company’s safety standards
- Fluent in English both written and verbal, would be preferable
- Willing to be placed on Site Tebo, Jambi (Employee housing is provided on site).
