Service Relation Officer - Honda

As a Service Relation Officer (SRO), you’ll be the bridge between customers and our service team — ensuring satisfaction, follow-ups, and repeat visits. This role is perfect for those who love communication, care about customer experience, and thrive in a service-oriented environment.

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Psychology, or related fields

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well both independently and in a team

• Familiarity with social media content (Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook) is a plus.

• Follow up with customers 3 days after service completion.
• Remind customers for their next service and generate new service bookings.
• Ensure the cleanliness and comfort of areas related to customer interaction.
• Promote additional service offerings to customers.
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with every customer.
