Principal - Stella Maris

We are looking for an experienced School Principal to lead, manage, and guide our overall school operations and educational strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high academic standards, supporting and mentoring our teaching staff, and fostering a warm, engaging, and high-quality learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a School Principal (preferably at a similar grade level).
• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Master’s in Education or Educational Management is a plus.
• Solid understanding of curriculum development, school operations, and accreditation processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and management skills.
• Proven track record of creating and executing strategies to enhance both academic quality and student character development.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, oversee, and evaluate overall school operations and academic programs.
• Develop and implement strategies to continuously drive educational excellence.
• Guide, support, and inspire our teaching staff and school personnel.
• Build positive, collaborative relationships with parents, the board, and external partners.
• Oversee annual school planning, goal setting, and budget management.
