We are seeking a part‑time Controller to oversee accounting and financial operations across several entities. The previous controller completed a major cleanup and GAAP conversion, so the incoming hire will inherit an organized, well‑documented system. This role is ideal for someone who can independently manage complex real‑estate accounting while communicating clearly across time zones.

• Manage GAAP accounting across multiple real‑estate entities.
• Oversee financial reporting, reconciliations, and monthly close.
• Maintain records related to property acquisitions, leases, and option agreements.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance across state‑specific structures.
• Collaborate with leadership to support financial planning and audits.

• Proven experience as a Controller or Senior Accountant.
• Strong background in real‑estate accounting; cannabis experience is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage ~20 hours per week consistently.
• Comfortable with multi‑entity structures and complex agreements.
