Team Purpose

Our team is dedicated to ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial transactions and reports within the Financial Shared Services Center of the Faerch Group.

Your Role

As a Junior Accountant / Accountant at Faerch, you will handle financial tasks for one of our Polish entities, including processing vendor invoices, bank statements, and preparing reports. You will also support audits, maintain compliance, and collaborate with external and internal clients.

We are looking for someone who has a thorough understanding of Polish accounting regulations, pays great attention to detail, maintains high accuracy, and meets deadlines consistently. If this description matches your skills and aspirations, then you are our ideal candidate!

Key Responsibilities
  • Process vendor invoices and ensure proper coding and matching with PO
  • Process bank statements
  • Contact with external and internal clients
  • Prepare various reports and analyses
  • Participate in month‑end closing activities
  • Support audits by providing documentation and explanations as needed
  • Maintain compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
Experience & Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Polish accounting regulations
  • Good command of English (work in an international environment)
  • Detail‑oriented attitude with a strong focus on accuracy
  • Ability to work under deadlines
  • Good organizational skills: ability to organize, prioritize and deliver tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Experience in accounting (preferably within SSC/BPO sector) will be an asset
  • Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (SAP) will be an asset
  • Practical knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel (for reporting and data analysis) is a plus
