International Sales Manager – Solar Mounting & Tracking Systems (Europe)

Location: Poland

A high-tech solar equipment manufacturer specializing in intelligent tracking brackets and high-strength steel mounting systems is seeking an International Sales Manager to expand business across Europe.

• Develop new customers and PV projects; achieve individual sales targets.
• Maintain existing customer relationships through regular visits and follow-ups.
• Manage bidding information, prepare proposals, and track contract execution and delivery.
• Coordinate with technical, operations, and after-sales teams throughout project lifecycle.
• Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection of accounts receivable.
• Prepare weekly project reports; support marketing activities, exhibitions, and customer channel expansion.
• Complete additional tasks assigned by management.

• Bachelor’s degree; 5–8 years experience
  , including 2+ years in PV industry
  .
• Skilled in foreign trade terms and import/export operations.
• Fluent in business English
  ; Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus.
• Able to travel independently across Europe and internationally.
• Strong market research and customer development skills; proficient with Google and online platforms.
• Excellent communication, cheerful personality, strong teamwork; valid driver’s license.

• Candidate may choose specific work location within Europe.
• Occasional travel to the factory in Foshan, Guangdong.
