The RoleAs a Business Consultant within the IT organization, you will play a key role in shaping and optimizing global Sales Operations processes. You will work closely with stakeholders from Sales, Sales Delivery, Marketing, and Architecture to design, improve, and implement CRM-driven processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales. Your focus will include lead, account, and opportunity management, forecasting, pipeline visibility, and account planning—helping the sales organization operate in a truly data-driven and efficient way.
Key ResponsibilitiesCapture, analyze, and document business requirements across sales, marketing, and customer master data processes
Advise stakeholders on CRM best practices and process optimization within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
Define and execute test cases, UAT scenarios, and acceptance criteria
Support global rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of CRM and sales workflows
Partner with sales leadership to enhance pipeline transparency and forecast accuracy
Contribute to training, communication, and change management activities
Maintain high-quality documentation in line with governance standards
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in business consulting, sales operations, or CRM implementations in a global environment
Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (or a comparable CRM)
Solid understanding of sales processes, forecasting, pipeline management, and account planning
Experience with requirements management, process design, and UAT
Analytical mindset with the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in international, cross-functional settings
Fluent English is required;
German is a plus
