About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a fast-growing digital agency, working on a key project in the Fintech space
. This role involves collaborating with a cross-functional team to develop software solutions for a client focused on loans and credit for farmers across America
. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience gathering requirements, and a deep understanding of modern software development processes.

• Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams to define project scope and objectives.
• Write user stories and support the software development lifecycle.
• Interface directly with clients to understand their needs and translate them into actionable insights.
• Work closely with a remote, distributed team across multiple time zones (EST, Europe, LATAM).

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in Fintech
  , particularly in lending or credit services.
• Background working with digital agencies or consultancies.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with modern software development stacks/systems.
• Excellent English communication skills.

• Remote role (LATAM-based candidates preferred).
• Full-time contract position (40 hours per week).
