About The Role
We're looking for an Operational Resilience Manager to oversee and enhance our ability to withstand and recover from disruptions.

• Develop operational resilience frameworks, policies, and strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
• Conduct risk assessments, business impact analysis, and scenario planning to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats.
• Implement comprehensive business continuity and exit plans, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of existing resilience plans and processes, making recommendations for improvements.
• Design and conduct testing, training, and simulation exercises to validate the effectiveness of continuity plans and enhance organisational readiness.
• Serve as liaison with regulators, external partners, vendors, and relevant stakeholders to align continuity efforts and maintain external dependencies.
• Monitor and update business continuity plans, regularly incorporating lessons learned from incidents and industry developments.
• Lead and coordinate response efforts during crises, guiding teams through recovery processes, and ensuring minimal disruptions to business operations.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of business continuity initiatives and recommended improvements.
• Monitor emerging risks and industry trends, adapting resilience strategies to evolving threats and business needs.

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, risk management, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in operational resilience, risk management, or business continuity within the financial industry.
• A solid understanding of regulatory requirements (primarily DORA), industry standards, and best practices related to operational resilience and continuity planning.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Impeccable communication, deal‑making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies used for risk assessment, resilience, and continuity planning.
