We are looking for intellectually sharp, analytically driven talent who can support strategic initiatives, execute operational workflows, and help build the foundation for scaling a larger team.

• Support strategic planning and operational execution for Giftlete’s Q1 buildout

• Analyze data, processes, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement

• Collaborate directly with leadership on priorities tied to growth and scale

• Build dashboards, reports, and insights to drive decision-making

• Help structure and support a growing team of junior or less-experienced talent

• Contribute to project management, operational processes, and cross-functional initiatives

• Take ownership of critical tasks in a fast-moving environment with minimal oversight

• 1–5 years of experience, ideally in:
• Management consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain)
• Big 4 advisory (KPMG, Deloitte, EY, PwC)
• Investment banking or corporate finance
• High-performance startups or software companies
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data
• Ability to learn fast and operate in dynamic, ambiguous environments
• Skilled communicator who can collaborate with leadership
• Detail-oriented, structured thinker, and strong problem solver
• Comfortable balancing strategic work with hands‑on operational tasks
