- Build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships that drive revenue, expand market reach, and enhance offerings
- Identify , evaluate, and prioritize new partner opportunities aligned to company strategy and target markets
- Negotiate and execute partnership agreements, ensuring clear objectives , KPIs, and mutual value
- Lead partner onboarding and enablement, including training, collateral, and operational readiness
- Develop and manage joint go-to-market plans with partners (co-selling, co-marketing, demand generation)
- Maintain a healthy partner pipeline and forecast, tracking performance against targets and SLAs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success to deliver partner outcomes
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to optimize performance and address risks or gaps
- Coordinate co-marketing campaigns, events, and content to increase awareness and pipeline
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner escalations, issue resolution, and lifecycle management
- Gather partner and market feedback to inform product roadmap and competitive strategy
- Report on partner metrics, insights, and ROI to leadership; refine strategies based on data-driven analysis
- Ensure contractual compliance, manage renewals/expansions, and maintain accurate records in CRM/PRM systems
- Represent the company at industry events and partner meetings; travel as needed
- Connect with and manage a global portfolio of strategic partners (cloud solution partners, global strategic technology partners, and channel partners), maintaining and growing relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in Business , Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 + years of experience in partner management, business development, channel sales, or a related role.
- Proven track record of identifying, negotiating, and closing partnership deals.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to create joint go-to-market plans that drive measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with experience using CRM and analytics tools to track partner performance and report on KPIs.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet partners and attend industry events.
- Experience in the company’s industry (e.g., SaaS, technology, fintech , healthcare) or with similar partner ecosystems.
- Existing network of industry contacts and channel partners.
- Experience managing strategic or global partners and complex contracts.
- Familiarity with partner program design, partner enablement, and co-marketing/co-selling initiatives.
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience with partner management platforms (e.g., Salesforce PRM, Partner Stack ) and more advanced data analysis tools.
