We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Estimator based in the Philippines to join our growing remote team. The successful candidate will support our UK projects, preparing accurate quantities, Bills of Quantities (BoQs), and tender documentation in line with NRM2 measurement rules.

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offsfrom architectural, structural, and services drawings in accordance with NRM2
• Produce and maintain Bills of Quantities, Schedules of Rates, and Cost Plans using Excel and/or Bluebeam
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documentation to identify scope gaps, risks, and opportunities
• Support in tender preparation, pricing and analysing, ensuring competitive and accurate submissions
• Assist in value engineering exercises and provide cost breakdowns for design development stages
• Liaise with UK-based quantity surveyors to ensure consistency and clarity in project deliverables
• Review and check subcontractor quotations and material schedules for accuracy and compliance
• Maintain version control and project documentation through organized file management systems
• Support the preparation of cash flow forecasts, cost appraisals, and procurement documentation when required

• Minimum 3 years experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor
• Strong working knowledge of NRM2(New Rules of Measurement
  2) or similar structured measurement systems
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel(formulas, pivot tables, formatting)
• Experience using Bluebeam, CostX, Planswift, or other digital take-off software. Bluebeam is more preferable
• Background in construction or civil engineering
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with high attention to detail
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work remotely, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines

• Experience working with UK, Australian, or Middle Eastern contractors/consultancies
• Understanding of construction drawing sand specifications
• Familiarity with BoQ production for tendering and cost planning
