Visual & Motion Designer / Marketing Designer (Contractor)
The Role

Ares Interactive, the parent company of Berlin-based mobile gaming studio Swift Games, is seeking an Visual & Motion Designer (Contractor) to support marketing and creative production across our portfolio of games. Swift Games, recently acquired by Ares, continues to operate as an integral development studio within the group.

You will be responsible for creating a wide range of compelling visual assets, from thumb-stopping video ads to polished app store graphics. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for design, mastery of After Effects and Photoshop, and is excited to leverage AI to boost efficiency and creativity.

Location: EU (Contract / Full Remote)

• Design and edit high-impact, thumb-stopping video ads for social media, ad networks, and other marketing channels.

• Create a variety of marketing assets for our mobile games, including marketing statistics and App Store Optimization (ASO) graphics.

• Work closely with the Creative Manager to translate performance data and UA feedback into actionable creative concepts.

• Design all assets with their purpose in mind, focusing on clarity, contrast, and user engagement to maximize impact.

• Embrace and explore AI tools to accelerate production workflows and innovate on creative ideation.

• A strong portfolio showcasing your experience in video editing and static design, preferably for mobile apps or games.

• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop.

• A solid understanding of design fundamentals, especially color theory, contrast, and composition.

• Experience creating marketing assets specifically for the mobile gaming/app ecosystem (ASO, video ads, statics).

• An open and enthusiastic mindset toward integrating AI tools into your workflow.

• 3D skills using software like Blender or Maya.

• Experience with Unity for recording gameplay.
