AI Video Gen Artist

Role Overview

The AI Video Generation Artist is responsible for creating engaging, educational videos for children using generative AI and animation technologies. The ideal candidate will merge creative storytelling, technical prowess, and a deep understanding of Peblo’s educational mission to bring visual content to life, working closely with multidisciplinary teams across education, design, and product innovation.

• Conceptualize, generate, and refine animated or mixed-media video content for Peblo’s platform using AI video tools and creative suites.
• Collaborate with writers, educators, and designers to visually interpret educational scripts and learning objectives for children aged 5-12.
• Experiment with the latest AI-powered video and animation software to continuously enhance production speed, quality, and creativity.
• Design and deliver story-driven, emotionally resonant video content that reflects Peblo’s core values and educational principles.
• Adapt videos to diverse cultural backgrounds, ensuring resonance with Indian children while maintaining universal appeal.
• Provide input on visual style guides and help set Peblo’s animation and video DNA for a national audience.
• Take ownership of the full AI video generation pipeline—from concept to post-production polish, with rapid iteration and tight turnarounds.
• Receive and integrate feedback from team members, improving output collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• Stay updated with emerging trends, techniques, and tools in AI art and video generation relevant to children’s media.

• 0‑2 years’ experience creating animation or mixed-media videos, ideally with AI generative tools, for education, entertainment, or digital learning platforms.
• Deep skills in AI‑based animation/video platforms (e.g., Runway, Pika, Synthesia, Animaker, Kaiber, or similar).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating story‑driven video or animation work for children and/or learning environments.
• Excellent visual storytelling and design sensibility, tuned for young audiences.
• Adaptability to creative feedback and rapid iteration in an unstructured, high‑ownership setting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to deliver on short deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indian cultural contexts and ability to localize global visual ideas.
• Effective communication and remote collaboration skills.
