• Generate original, high-quality visual assets for Peblo’s animated and educational content using state-of-the-art AI image generation tools.
• Collaborate with scriptwriters, educators, and designers to visualize characters, environments, and in-app experiences aligned with Peblo’s storytelling and brand vision.
• Interpret creative briefs to produce concept art, storyboards, and final visuals for children’s media, ensuring visual consistency and strong appeal for ages 5–12.
• Rapidly iterate, experiment, and refine outputs using both manual illustration skills and AI platforms, based on multidisciplinary feedback.
• Contribute to defining Peblo’s visual language, experimenting with new AI art workflows as the company builds its first product release.
• Ensure all generated artwork aligns with Peblo’s values of inclusivity, joy, and cultural relevance.
• Manage asset organization, version history, and documentation for team-wide sharing in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

• 1–3 years professional experience in illustration, animation, game art, or digital media, ideally for children’s content.
• Strong portfolio with examples of character and environment concept art, children’s visuals, or story-driven illustration.
• Proficiency or demonstrable experience with leading AI image generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms).
• Deep understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and child-focused design sensibilities.
• Sensitivity to Indian cultural themes and the ability to localize global visual references for young learners in India.
• Ability to collaborate within diverse, distributed teams and respond positively to feedback and fast-changing requirements.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to deliver high-quality work independently under quick turnaround times.

• Prior experience with educational content, children’s animation, or interactive/game assets.
• Familiarity with storyboarding, color scripting, and basic animation workflows.
