Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, live chat, and social media channels.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution with a positive attitude.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Work collaboratively with various teams, including sales, technical support, and logistics, to resolve complex issues.
  • Continuously improve service delivery and contribute to the ongoing development of customer service processes.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the France market.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software (e.g., CRM systems, live chat tools).
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including shifts, weekends, or evenings if required.
  • Knowledge of the France market and cultural understanding is a plus.
